【摘要】:ThecollectionandtreatmentofthesampleasspecifiedhereinisintendedforthespecificpurposeofdeterminingthetotalmoistureinalaboratorysampleofRDF.Thistestmethodisavailableasthemethodforthedeterminationoftotalmoistureunlessalternativetechniquesormodificationshavebeenagreeduponbyinvolvedparties.1.1ThistestmethodcoversthemeasurementofthetotalmoistureinRDFasitexistsatthetimeitissampled.Becauseofitsempiricalnature,strictadherencetotestproceduresarerequiredforvalidresults.Thestandardisavailabletoproducers,vendors,andconsumersasatotal,two-stagemoisturemethod.1.2SinceRDFcanvaryfromextremelywet(watersaturated)torelativelydry,specialemphasismustbeplacedonsampling,samplepreparation,andthemethodofdetermination.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forhazardstatement,seeSection.
