【摘要】:Insomesituations,marringofcoatingsappliedtosubstratesundertypicaluseconditionsisunacceptable.Thistestmethodhasbeenfoundusefulindifferentiatingthedegreeofmarringofcoatingsonsubstrates.Itismostusefulinprovidingrelativeratingsforaseriesofcoatedpanelsexhibitingsignificantdifferencesinmarring.Inalimitedlaboratorystudy,meaningfulmarresultswereimpossiblewhenpowdercoatingsweretested.Themarmarking,thatis,scratches,becamelessperceptiblewithtime.Therefore,powdercoatingsmaynotbeapplicablecoatingsforthistestmethod.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthemarresistanceonsmooth,flatsurfaces.Resultsareexpressedintermsofforce-to-marfilmsoforganiccoatingssuchaspaint,varnish,andlacquerwhenappliedtosmooth,flatplanarpanelsurfaces.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thisstandardisapplicabletoequipmentforresistanceweldingandalliedprocessesintendedforuseinindustrialandlightindustrialenvironmentswhichareconnectedtomainssupplieswithratedvoltagesupto1000Va.c.rms.Thisstandarddoesnotdefinesafetyrequirements.Resistanceweldingequipmenttypetestedinaccordancewith,andwhichhasmettherequirementsofthisstandard,shallbedeemedtobeincomplianceforallapplications.Thefrequencyrangecoveredisfrom0Hzto400GHz.ThisproductEMCstandardforresistanceweldingequipmenttakesprecedenceoverallaspectsofthegenericstandardsandnoadditionalEMCtestsarerequiredornecessary.NOTE1Typicalalliedprocessesareresistancehardandsoftsolderingorresistanceheatingachievedbymeanscomparabletoresistanceweldingequipment.NOTE2Limitvaluesarespecifiedforonlypartofthefrequencyrange.ResistanceweldingequipmentareclassifiedasclassAandclassBequipment.1EmissionTheobjectiveofthisstandardistospecify:a)testmethodstobeusedinconjunctionwithEN55011:1998anditsamendmentsA1:1999andA2:2002todetermineelectromagneticemission;b)relevantstandardsforharmoniccurrentemission,voltagefluctuationsandflicker.NOTE1Thelimitsinthisstandardmaynot,however,providefullprotectionagainstinterferencetoradioandtelevisionreceptionwhentheresistanceweldingequipmentisusedcloserthan30mtothereceivingantenha(e).NOTE2Inspecialcases,whenhighlysusceptibleapparatusisbeingusedincloseproximity,additionalmitigationmeasuresmayhavetobeemployedtofurtherreducetheelectromagneticemissions.2ImmunityTheobjectiveofthisstandardistodefineimmunityrequirementsandtestmethodsforcontinuousandtransient,conductedandradiateddisturbancesincludingelectrostaticdischarges.NOTETheselevelsdonot,however,coverextremecaseswhichareextremelyrare.
