【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforresistancespotweldinginthefabricationofassembliesofuncoatedandmetalliccoatedlowcarbonsteel,comprisingtwoorthreesheetsofmetal,wherethemaximumsinglesheetthicknessofcomponentstobeweldediswithintherange0,4mmto3mm,forthefollowingmaterials:—uncoatedsteels;—hot-dipzincoriron-zincalloy(galvannealed)coatedsteel;—electrolyticzinc,zinc-iron,orzinc-nickelcoatedsteel;—aluminiumcoatedsteel;—zinc-aluminiumcoatedsteel.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletotheweldingofsheetsofthesameordissimilarthickness,wherethethicknessratioislessthanorequalto3:1.Itappliestotheweldingofthreethicknesses,wherethetotalthicknessislessthanorequalto9mm.WeldingwiththefollowingtypesofequipmentiswithinthescopeofthisInternationalStandard:a)pedestalweldingequipment;b)gunwelders;c)automaticweldingequipmentwherethecomponentsarefedbyrobotsorautomaticfeedingequipment;d)multiwelders;e)roboticwelders.InformationonappropriateweldingequipmentisgiveninAnnexA,andinformationonspotweldingconditionsisgiveninAnnexB.Thisinformationisprovidedforguidanceonly.Dependingontheserviceconditionsofthefabrication,thetypeofweldingequipment,thecharacteristicsofthesecondarycircuit,theelectrodematerial,andtheshape,itispossiblethatcertainmodificationsarenecessary.Insuchcases,furtherinformationmaybeobtainedfromtherelevantapplicationstandard,whereoneexists.TheweldingoforganiccoatedorprimercoatedsteelsisnotwithinthescopeofthisInternationalStandard.
